Job Description:

As a Part-time Online Sales Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales process. You will be responsible for handling orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

1. Process incoming orders promptly and accurately through our online platform.

2. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fulfill orders.

3. Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines and shipping requirements.

4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues that may arise.

5. Monitor shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery and address any delivery issues promptly.

6. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

7. Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure overall operational efficiency.

8. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding order processing, customer service, and quality standards.


Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.

2. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with online sales platforms.

7. Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.

8. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
