Job Description:

Looks Vintage is seeking a creative and highly motivated Part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our store. This role offers the opportunity for growth, with the potential to earn a full-time position in the future.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

2. Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, that resonates with our target audience and showcases our vintage merchandise.

3. Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content.

4. Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback from customers.

5. Cultivate and grow our social media following by implementing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followership.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and foot traffic to the store.

7. Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

8. Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize our social media efforts.


Requirements:

1. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.

4. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Authorization to work in the United States.
